• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jordandaynewlife@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.

• Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
